We offer extracurricular opportunities for children to dive deeper into their interests or find a new passion that enriches their lives and expands their skill sets. Current students are welcome to join any of the sessions, while select sessions are open to our wider community including San Joaquin County. All sessions are located at Stockton Montessori School.
All Stockton Montessori School full day/afternoon students that do not nap may join Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), lessons once a week included in their tuition. Lessons listed below are additional extracurriculars open to those that want MORE lessons and the San Joaquin County community.
Spanish Lessons
Schedule: One-hour sessions, once a week
Times: Wednesdays or Thursdays
at 4-5pm
Price: $80/month ($20/session)
Ages: 3-6 years
Beginner and intermediate levels encouraged to attend.
Chinese Lessons
Schedule: One-hour sessions, once a week, request other schedule options
Time: Saturdays at 9-10am
or Thursdays at 4-5pm
Price: $100/month ($25/session)
Ages: 4+ years
Class options for beginners and advanced are available.
Small Group or 1:1 Tutoring
Schedule: One-hour sessions, once a week
Time: Weekdays 3-6pm (flexible options, please inquire)
Price: $170/month (Current/previous students enjoy $50 off each month, making the rate just $120/month)

Teachers: Trained and certified elementary and middle school teachers are highly qualified to tutor your child. Teachers are also educated in Montessori philosophy and Singapore math. Hands-on materials are available for lessons to boost understanding and enjoyment for students. Sessions can be scheduled after school and also provide homework help.
Dance & Music Class
Schedule: One-hour sessions, once a week
Times: Wednesdays or Fridays at 4-5pm
Price: $160.00/month (Current/previous students enjoy $40 off each month, making the rate just $120/month)
Ages: 4-12 years
About: Movement energizes the body while songs uplift the mood, creating a perfect place for children to develop rhythm, spark, self-expression, and shine with confidence.
Music Education
Dates: One-hour sessions, once a week, schedule options are flexible
Time: Wednesdays at 10:30-11:30am, after school options available depending on interest
Price: $70.00/month (one time supply fee $25.00)
Ages: 18 months-6 years
Teacher: Ms. Cheri has been teaching music education for over 30 years. She is passionate about the importance of music education in the lives of children. She teaches music and music theory with the ultimate goal to instill a lifetime love of music!
Art Club
Schedule: One-hour sessions, once a week
Times: Wednesdays or Fridays at 1:00-4:00pm
Price: $160.00/month (Current/previous students enjoy $40 off each month, making the rate just $120/month)
Ages: 4-12 years
About: We nurture creativity by exploring colors, shapes, and textures. Children discover many mediums from painting to clay. Studying techniques and artwork by the great masters helps children build skills and gain inspiration.
Soccer Shots
Dates: 16-week seasons throughout the school year
Time: Morning Weekday, 35-min sessions, once a week
Price: $260 per season
Ages: 2-6 years
About: Soccer shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. The caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.
